Extras

  • Prenatal massage is available for expecting clients who are still able to safely lie on their stomach or in a side-lying position. These sessions are designed to relieve common pregnancy discomforts, support your changing body, and promote deep relaxation. We can also continue to address chronic muscle patterns and postural issues that were present before pregnancy, helping you maintain comfort throughout.

    add $15

  • Cupping can be integrated into any session to enhance manual work. I use it in combination with hands-on techniques to release fascia, improve circulation, and help decompress tight or stuck tissue. It’s especially helpful for deep, stubborn tension, chronic pain, and recovery support. No extra charge - just let me know if you want it included.

About Mariah

A woman with short dark hair, blue eyes, and a subtle smile, standing outdoors with trees and a cloudy sky in the background.

Howdy! I’m Mariah Adkins, a licensed massage therapist (MT136748) based in Austin, Texas, specializing in deep tissue and therapeutic bodywork that’s designed to create real, lasting change. My style blends the relaxing, fluid approach of Swedish massage with focused, clinical techniques - offering sessions that are both effective and deeply restorative.

Originally from Houston, Texas, I’m proud of my roots - but Central Texas has truly captured my heart. I love spending time outdoors swimming, hiking quiet trails, and exploring everything this region has to offer with my two daughters and our big dogs.

I received my massage education at Austin Community College, where I trained under some of the best educators in the local industry. Since graduating, I have worked with chiropractors and physical therapists, as well as some of the best LMTs in Texas, expanding my knowledge in injury recovery, postural correction, and chronic pain management. I regularly pursue continuing education to stay current with the most effective, evidence-informed techniques and advancements in the field.

My approach is both clinical and empathetic. I believe in working with the nervous system - not against it - integrating deeper pressure in a way that feels safe, effective, and attuned to each client’s needs. I’m known for being strong and precise with my pressure, and for creating a laid-back space where clients feel seen, heard, and truly cared for.

I’ve had the privilege of treating thousands of clients over the years, helping many of them live with less pain - and in some cases, pain-free for the first time in years. I especially enjoy working with migraines, chronic low back pain, postural issues, and long-standing tension patterns.

Outside of massage, I’m a gardener, gamer, horror movie fan, and history nerd. I bring curiosity, compassion, and grounded care into every session - because I genuinely love helping people feel more connected to their bodies and themselves.

If you’re looking for massage therapy that combines clinical skill, empathy, and real results - you’re in the right place.
